We'll Make it Right
We want you to love everything that you buy from us. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, provided that your purchase is returned in its original condition within 60 days of purchase. For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will be happy to refund your original shipping cost plus the cost of return shipping. To return an item to us, please follow the directions below:
- Send us an email outlining your concerns and notifying us of your intent to return the item or items. Please indicate whether you wish to exchange the item(s), or would prefer a refund.
- Cut and fill out the return or exchange form provided by us in the original shipment and include it in your return package.
- Ship the package to the address indicated on the return portion of your packing slip. All return shipments (domestic and International) should be made by a major courier service with tracking capabilities (i.e., USPS, FEDEX, or UPS). Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for returned goods if they are not sent via these methods.
Upon acceptance of the merchandise, we will credit back the cost of the item(s) including sales tax, less the shipping charges (if applicable), to the credit card account used at the time of original purchase. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped out (upon availability) with the second shipping rate (f applicable)charged to the credit card used for your original purchase.Back to top
